教員紹介
本校の教員は、多岐に渡る分野から集まっており、それぞれの専門におけるプロフェッショナルとしての経験を持っています。中でも、ホスピタリティ分野における経験が豊富で、その知識と経験を教育の現場に活かしています。
2010年から2011年にかけて、本校の教員が発表した論文のうち、12本が以下の主要ジャーナルに掲載されました。

Dr David Mac Donald
Dean of Hospitality
Over a 20-year period David worked for a broad range of high profile national and multinational corporations. These companies included Coca Cola, Best Western Hotels and Stamford Hotels and Resorts. Within each of these organisations, David was able to participate in and appreciate management’s commitment to quality business processes and the investment in staff development. After completing his MBA in 1998, through Southern Cross University, he commenced a MIB in 2002 at Macquarie University. These qualifications provided the opportunity explore his interest in learning, and transition his career by commencing to lecture in the university sector.
For the past 15 years David has been actively involved in the delivery of academic programs and senior management of public and private institutions. The combination of senior management responsibilities and academic qualification delivery led David to completing his doctorate titled ‘Assessment moderation as a quality management process in non self-accrediting higher education institutions in Australia’. David continues to research in the areas of assessment design and implementation, and the impact upon student learning.
